We're Nominated for Best Performance Troupe — and We Need Your Vote

C-Ville Weekly has nominated Bent Theatre for Best Performance Troupe in the Best of C-Ville 2026 readers' poll, and voting is open right now through June 30th.

We won this award in 2025, which still feels slightly unreal. (We're the group that once performed an entire scene where two cast members forgot what game they were playing mid-scene and just... committed anyway. The audience loved it. We do not fully understand why.)

So here we are again, hat in hand, asking for your support. No scripts. No rehearsed acceptance speech. Just a cast of 24 people who genuinely love making Charlottesville laugh — and who would be deeply honored to win this thing two years running.
