Peak Peach Season. Peak Improv Season. Coincidence? Probably.

July is peak peach season in Virginia. That's not a marketing hook we invented. It's just true. The peaches are good right now, the evenings are warm, and there's no real reason to stay home.

Bent Theatre has three shows this month. We'd like you to come to one or more than one. Like peaches, when they’re really good, you want more!

Sunday, July 5, at 6 pm at Decipher Brewing on Broadway Street in Charlottesville.

Thursday, July 16, at 7 pm at Patch Brewing in Gordonsville, down Gordon Avenue.

Friday, July 24, at 6 pm at Happ Coffee in Waynesboro, on East Main Street.

Each show is completely unscripted. We walk out, get a suggestion or two from the audience, and build scenes from there. No two shows are the same. We've been doing this since 2004, and we haven't run out of scenes yet.

And we will promise you, no pits!
