# Bent Theatre Comedy

> Bent Theatre Comedy is a live improv comedy troupe based in Charlottesville, Virginia, performing since 2004. Back-to-back winner of C-Ville Weekly's Best of C-Ville award for Best Performance Troupe, 2025 and 2026. Every show is unscripted, built entirely from audience suggestions, and staged at rotating local venues rather than a fixed theater.

Bent Theatre performs regularly at breweries, cideries, coffee shops, and theaters throughout the Charlottesville area. No two shows are the same — nothing is scripted or rehearsed in advance.
